Harris Lake Bass Fishing Report April 13th 2018:
Things are hit or miss so far in the month of April on Harris Lake according to John at The Tackle Box. Good sticks on the lake are having a hard time hitting the 20 lb mark. In a recent Wed night tournament 8lbs won it. Small buck bass are being caught while larger females are beginning to move up into shallower waters. Most fish are being caught on suspending jerkbaits , a few on square bill crankbaits, creature baits like beavers and senko type baits are also working. Water temps are below 60 with the warmest temps at 59 degrees in the backs of coves.
